This system is perfect. In my career I have not seen a safer system. CongratulationsPressure Vessel Inspector

Building the worlds highest performing extraction systems is one thing. Ensuring they are safe and legal are another.

AESI meets and exceeds all safety requirements for pressure and electrical codes in all provinces and states throughout Canada and the United States. We also now meet code for the European Union and Australia.

All our pressure vessels are built in an ASME certified facility out of 17-4 Stainless steel. This is a much higher quality alloy than traditional 304 or 316. It allows us to manufacture a higher pressure vessel that outperforms standard alloys while also reducing the wall thickness requirements.

The system is designed and built with sanitation and cleanability in mind. Eliminating low points where oils or liquids can settle. Piping and fittings throughout the system are all 316 grade stainless steel. Material Tracability Reports (MTR) is available for all components on our system.

When entering a new market globally. AESI will obtain any and all local certification required.

This growing list is a proud achievement by AESI to provide the best and safest equipment to the market.

    • CRN

CRN (Canadian Registration Number) is required in all provinces and territories (jurisdictions) throughout Canada. The system is governed by the general CSA B51 standard, but every province or territory can add their own specific rules to make the standard enforceable.A CRN number will be required for each jurisdiction where the pressure vessel will be operated.CRN does reference many ASME codes, however the B51 standard adds many additional rules and specifics to Canada.ASME alone is not sufficient to legally and safely operate a pressure vessel system within Canada. The CE marking is the manufacturer’s declaration that the product meets the requirements of the applicable European directives. Read More

    • PSI Peer Review

Pressure Safety Inspectors (PSI) offers third party independent design verification (otherwise referred to as an engineering peer review) of solvent based extraction equipment. PSI has performed reviews for over two dozen original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). PSI has developed internal procedures that provide the most comprehensive engineering peer review available for solvent-based extraction equipment. Our reports are sealed by engineers licensed in California, Colorado, Maryland, Nevada, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Washington.
